I chose this cookie to pay homage to those I served with. The connections that grew and passed. The joy we felt when were are safely reunited. The summers we spent together when everyone was home base. ❤️

This cookies flavor profile reminds me of the lemonade Girl Scout Cookies!!! They were my favorite growing up, and the flavor is so nostalgic! The Texture is like the Cheesecake Cookies from a popular Sandwhich shop…. And this cookie is really a dream
